To shop with Lauren Rogers-Marin, you must:

Be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g., it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
Please note that some of the goods sold through our website may not be suitable for individuals under 18 years of age.
Order Placement & Product Price Indication
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there is an issue with an order, we will get in touch with you.
The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on artbylrm.com. Please be aware that images and the products offered for sale on artbylrm.com may not exactly correspond to the true physical product due to variations in Internet browsers, smartphones, or monitors used by the customer.
Occasionally, errors may occur in pricing an item or order. If we discover an error for any goods you've ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we cannot get in touch with you, we will treat the order as canceled. Please note that changes of mind regarding your order outside of the 48-hour window will not be accepted, and the deposit payment will be retained by Lauren Rogers-Marin.
From time to time, prices may change in response to currency exchange rate fluctuations and other commercial factors.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate chargeable in the UK at that time. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect. Lauren Rogers-Marin is not responsible for conversion fees and exchange rates.
Any discount codes issued are subject to individual terms and conditions, which may include, among other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradict these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions related to the discount code will prevail.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders that do not comply with these terms, even if your credit or debit card has been charged. We will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order.
Please review the final price before placing your order. In the event of an incorrect price indication - by Lauren Rogers-Marin - of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment, Lauren Rogers-Marin will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product(s) at the correct price.

When you complete a purchase on artbylrm.com you enter a contract with Lauren Rogers-Marin, which supplies the product.

Ordering Conditions
By clicking on the 'Confirm and Pay' button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the product(s).
English is the language used for the contract with Lauren Rogers-Marin, our respective partners, customers, and staff.
After your order has been placed, we will process it. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us and a contract will come into existence between you and Lauren Rogers-Marin. After entering into a contract, you are obligated to pay off the total price of the artwork as per the agreed timeframe.
Lauren Rogers-Marin: Art is not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our discretion.
